Thanks a lot for posting this. A fantastic song from two of the most beautiful people ever to emerge from the Tamla Motown stable. A terrific piece of TV footage, and one of those rare moments which reveals two people who are undeniably, deeply in love with each other.
The bond between Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell was so warm and sincere, as reflected throughout the fine recordings from their short but brilliant recording career. Notwithstanding of course, the fact that a few of the later recordings might not actually feature Tammi, due to her ill health towards the end of her untimely passing...
