Anybody else notice that was Orson Wells as voice over announcer for the "Tiger Bay" movie?

Sean: The voice over for Tiger Bay certainly SOUNDS like Orson Welles. However, I believe it was actually the actor, composer, songwriter, and master of a million voices, Mr. Paul Frees. I'll always remember him most as the voice of Boris Badenov on "Rocky and His Friends".
