Badfinger was one of the best bands of the British Invasion. Another victim of greedy management which has plagued many rock and blues bands from the beginning of the genre. The two surviving members currently live in the US and perform from time to time, though not together as there is apparantly some ill feelings between them. "Straight Up" is among my favorite recordings of all time.

The two surviving members were never in Badfinger at the same time. Ron was replaced by Joey.
Pete, Tommy and Mike are all dead now.
