Where are these Beach Boys tracks coming from? Are these from one of the many out-takes bootlegs?

The Beach Boys version of The Letter was officially released on "The Beach Boys Rarities" album, put out by Capitol Records in 1983. It was a finished version of the song that clocks in at 1:47.
I don't remember ever hearing the outtakes though, so thanks for posting them!
