We have 2 new guest Bloggers here at Bedazzled! In fact, our first 2 ever in our almost 7-year existence. I'm so excited these guys agreed to start posting here. Check out Astre Lemocker's The French Connection: The Origins of the '60s French Beat Scene & Greg Weatherby's series The History of Deram Records.
Both are friends I met through FaceBook, Astre is incredibly knowledgable about French Rock & Roll, Beat and Garage sounds, and has been very helpful to me in identifying French artists and song titles of some rare things I've acquired on video. I noticed some knowledgable comments that Greg had made on Facebook posts of mine and when I was perusing his profile I noticed he was in the process of posting links to every Deram Records single release, with a little paragraph or two of background info. He has graciously agreed to re-publish and continue this series here.
