These are some "fly-on-the-wall" session recordings of Al Kooper producing a band called "St. Regis".
I found this bit of info on a message board from Al.
"Did you produce a song called 'One Good Turn Deserves Another' ? Who was the band ?"
"I did indeed (unreleased).An 80's band (now extinct) called St Regis. Fraternal twins that could teach Liam & Noel a thing or two".
Al Kooper is a very patient man.
