This may be the Best track by French Pop singer Dominique Walter (famous for his hit : " Les Petits Boudins"); it was written by Serge Gainsbourg and you can hear why as the bass plays the same groove pattern as on Serge's "Initials B.B." (Nothing was ever wasted in Serge's writing...) :
