Neil Sedaka Italiano

Noted Italian Cinebox expert and TV Producer Michele Bovi maintains a great page on his site about Neil Sedaka in Italy. Neil recorded quite a few songs in Italian, both re-do's of his American hits and some written for him by an Italian songwriting team. Michele has collected lots of great photos and ephemera and posted some very rare Neil Sedaka Cinebox films. Neil Sedaka Italiano

UPDATE: I think i fixed the problem that people were reporting where the videos would not work on their iPods. They're looking great on mine, anyway. Let me know if you're having any problems.

You can now subscribe to Scopitones.com as a Podcast at the iTunes store. I'm not exactly sure how this happened (or even how I discovered that it had happened), but thanks to whoever made it happen. They were invented in France in the early 60s and inspired the music videos of our more modern times. Italian Cinebox Film: I Minstrels "Green, Green"

I guess the New Christy Minstrels were pretty big in Italy (where they were called simply "I MInstrels"). Hence the fact that they made some Italian "Cinebox" (Scopitone's competitor) films, but they still sing in English.
